At Manish Collection, we strive to ensure that every product you receive meets our quality standards. However, if there is an issue, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Requests made after 24 hours will not be considered.

2. Valid Reason for Return

  • Returns are accepted only in case of a defect or issue from our end.
  • The customer must provide clear proof of the defect.

3. Mandatory Proof

To process a return, you must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened.
  • The video should clearly display the defect or issue.

Note: An unboxing video makes the return process much faster and smoother. Without it, your request may be rejected.

4. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Size or fit issues (please check size chart before ordering)
  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen variations
  • Requests made after the 24-hour window

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved after verification, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (or an agreed alternative).
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect.
